Ideally situated next to Porthmellon beach on St. Mary's and looking out across the harbour towards Samson, Bryher and Tresco, the centre of Hugh Town is less than ten minutes walk. This double-fronted property enjoys its own spacious front garden with a patio area at the front to sit and relax whilst listening to the tide breaking on to the shore (only 30 metres away). Alternatively, there is an elevated garden area at the rear which is adjacent to the historic Harry's Walls fortress site.

2 Bay View Terrace comprises three distinct and self-contained units: the House (ground floor); The Flat (first floor); the Chalet (at the rear next to the elevated garden). Please use this site to view each section of the property and appreciate how it can match your requirements for a relaxing holiday next to a soft sandy beach with glorious sunsets to the west whilst being conveniently situated for shops and services. The property has benefited from further improvements to ensure comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated surroundings and this programme of improvement.

The Isles of Scilly are a superb location to "get away from it all" with sandy beaches warmed by the sub-tropical gulf stream. The community of under 2000 people ensures a friendly and safe environment to be as active (or inactive!) as you wish.
