2 Bay View Terrace Chalet is situated to the rear of the property adjoining a sun-trap patio area, with hardwood benches, and the rear tiered gardens. The Chalet consists of a living/ dining room with well-equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob electric cooker, microwave, and fridge ( 4* ice box), dining table and chairs, sofa and TV/DVD combi. The adjoining bedroom contains two single beds and freestanding furniture. There is also a good-sized showeroom with toilet and handbowl. The Chalet is a great base for an island holiday. Situated within a short walk of Porthmellon Beach and adjoining the coastal path, in a quiet location, you are within a ten minute walk from the centre of Hugh Town. (During winter 2012/13, the Chalet was completely renovated and refitted.)

2 Bay View Terrace Flat is on the first floor and has a comfortable and spacious lounge with a comfortable three piece suite, coffee table, nest of tables and sideboard (holding dvds, games and guest information) and a circular dining table and chairs, window seat, TV, DVD player and electric fire. An arch leads to the well-equipped kitchen (re-fitted in Winter 2016/17) with new ceramic hob electric cooker, microwave, fridge (2* ice box) and a bathroom (re-fitted in Winter 2014/15) with bath and shower. The Flat is ideally situated next to Porthmellon Beach and close to the town with views to the South West over the front gardens and towards the harbour. There are a range of good restaurants and places to eat within easy walking distance, with a range of provisions available at The Dairy on the Strand, five minutes walk away, and from the Co-op and other shops within ten minutes walk. The Flat sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, (one zip and link superking, which can also be arranged as two singles upon request, and one twin bedded room which can be arranged as a superking zip and link upon request) with a range of fitted cupboards and freestanding furniture. The main bedroom has a tv/dvd combi. Guests have the shared use of the front garden, with patio area and hardwood garden furniture, which is full of well established island plants and is a great spot for sunbathing. The shared washing machine, tumble drier and line drying facilities to the rear of the terrace (accessed down the path past no.6) are also available for the use of the Flat.
